The Finance Manager plays a vital role in overseeing financial operations in a Leading Logistics business, ensuring effective financial governance, compliance with regulatory requirements, strategic financial planning, and financial analysis that aligns with CIMA best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Budgeting, Forecasting, and Planning
- Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
- Cost & Performance Management
- Financial Governance & Compliance
- Data Integrity & Financial Systems Oversight
- Maintain high accuracy in forecasting and minimize deviations
- Drive cost optimization initiatives while ensuring adherence to budget targets
- Ensure optimal cash flow management and liquidity levels
- Guarantee full compliance with financial regulations and readiness for audits
- Implement process improvements that align with CIMA frameworks
- Enhance the finance team's capabilities and expertise in financial strategy
Qualifications:
- Must have a completed Bcom Accounting / Finance degree
- CIMA qualification will be an added advantage
