Schedule : 9-6 EST M-F and Saturdays half day.

Job Overview

Are you a customer service professional with a talent for sales and relationship-building? We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist with sales knowledge to join our growing team!

In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service while identifying opportunities to recommend solutions that meet our clients’ needs. You’ll handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain accurate account records. Additionally, you’ll build rapport with clients through professional and friendly communication, upsell relevant services, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Staying informed about industry trends and our offerings will help you provide expert advice and drive client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and guiding clients to the best solutions.
• Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
• Identify opportunities to recommend and upsell additional services based on client needs.
• Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, and chat professionally and promptly.
• Build strong relationships with clients through professional, friendly, and solution-oriented interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and efficient issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account updates in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about company services, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide expert advice to clients.
• Proactively monitor client satisfaction and address potential concerns to improve retention.

Key Requirements

• Excellent English proficiency; C1 level preferred.
• Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM for efficient communication.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and customer management software.
• Proven experience in customer service roles with a sales component, preferably for USA-based companies.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for helping clients and achieving results.
