• Capture patient data accurately, edit service request forms, and manage related administrative tasks to keep processes running efficiently.
• Maintain strong client relationships and uphold the trusted reputation of Ampath through attention to detail and reliability.

• Role Requirements: Grade 12 certificate with a relevant typing subject; experience with data entry in a medical environment and Dictaphone typing experience.
• Skills Requirements: English fluency (read, write, speak), basic calculations, typing speed of 50 words per minute, and ability to work with computer systems; capable of understanding medical terminology and handling sensitive information with care.
