Job Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales: Engage with customers to promote and sell GNC health and wellness products, aiming to exceed sales targets.
- Customer Engagement: Attend to customers' enquiries, providing expert advice on GNC products to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest GNC products and supplements to effectively assist and persuade customers.
- Merchandising and Display: Manage in-store merchandising and displays for GNC products to attract and engage customers.
- Stock Management: Participate in routine stock takes to minimise shrinkage, ensure stock accuracy, and identify high-demand GNC products.
- Housekeeping: Maintain counter cleanliness and hygiene for an inviting shopping environment.
Requirement:
- Proven track record in a sales-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills focused on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive sales approach.
- In-depth knowledge of health and wellness products and the ability to convey this convincingly to customers.
- High level of enthusiasm, energy, and drive to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Experience as a promoter, with prior experience in promoting health products being an advantage.
Other Info:
- Other remuneration: Monthly commission (the more the candidate sells, the higher the commission earned) and variable performance bonus.
- Working hours: 6 days work week.
- Shift: 1230pm to 845pm (weekday) or 12pm to 915pm (weekend).
- Location: unable to advise now as the allocation of stores will only be determined when hired.
