[4 April Mar Interview ] *Keen to move into healthcare, No Need Exp!* 2 Years Ward Service Associate @Jurong #HJC

Location : Jurong

Salary : $1,700 – $2,000/month

Working Hours :

• Any 5 days in a week (1 weekend inclusive PH)
• 10am – 7.30pm & 7am to 4.30pm (cannot choose)
• Total working hours per week: 42 hours

Summary : This job is a very hands-on role, primarily serving food trays to patients during designated meal times. Responsibilities also include monitoring inventory levels for food and linen supplies, and communicating with patients or their next of kin as necessary.

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide excellent customer service to patients.
• Serve food and drinks to patients and clear them after meals.
• Check food served against patient meal orders.
• Assist in inventory management.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around the workstation and adhere to health/sanitation regulations.
• Assist nurses in meeting patients' nutritional needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding patients.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Manager.

Requirements :

• Able to work on public holidays.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
