Technician

Job Scope:

• To monitor the equipment performance using the Monitoring Control Console workstations
• Perform remote troubleshooting when required
• Compile data and generate fault-related reports
• Assist in systemwide software deployment activities
• Monitor performance of the systems post-software deployment for potential faults/issues
• Generate backend reports for investigation purposes
• Create Work Orders in the Maintenance Management System to record details of fault troubleshooting
• Support in all systems and workstation-related tasks
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma / Nitec in Engineering
• Possess some technical experience (advantageous)
• No experience is welcome to apply - Training will be provided
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially in Excel)
• Able to work on 2 rotating shifts, on Weekends & PHs

Other Information:

• Working Hour: 5 Days Rotating Shifts including Weekend & PH (7am to 4.30pm / 1pm to 10pm)
• Salary: Up to $2800 + AWS + VB
• Location: Macpherson
