We're Hiring: Customer Success & Experience Executive

Location: Hougang, Singapore
Type: Full-time (5-day work week, includes 1 weekend)
Working Hours: Weekdays (12pm–9pm), Weekends (8:30am–6:30pm)

About the Role

We're looking for a warm, organized and service-oriented Customer Success & Experience Executive to champion our customer satisfaction efforts. You’ll be the go-to person for parent communications, onboarding, feedback collection and making sure every family feels valued and supported from Day 1.

What You’ll Do

Parent Onboarding & First Impressions

  • Welcome new parents and students warmly (calls, WhatsApp, email)
  • Manage onboarding steps & coordinate welcome kits

Communication & Retention

  • Check in regularly with parents to provide updates & reassurance
  • Be responsive to queries, feedback, and support requests

Parent Delight & Engagement

  • Help plan appreciation gifts, community events & webinars
  • Send birthday notes, “small win” updates, and other happy surprises

Feedback & Quality Assurance

  • Gather testimonials and feedback from parents
  • Monitor satisfaction trends and flag any concerns early

CRM & Admin

  • Maintain parent data, update CRM with notes and follow-ups
  • Track experience KPIs and assist with monthly reporting

  • Have experience in customer service or parent liaison roles
  • Have worked in an education setting or enrichment centre
  • Are creative with engagement ideas (events, messages, little touches)
