Centre Manager (Enrichment)

Working hours:

Weekdays (Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri): 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour break)

1 Weekend (Sat or Sun, based on schedule): 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM (1.5-hour break)

Our client, an emerging leader in the enrichment industry, is seeking a passionate and results-driven Centre Manager to oversee daily operations, mentor educators, and maintain a high standard of learning excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team, shape educational experiences, and drive the success of a thriving learning center.

What You Will Do:

1. Oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring a structured, engaging, and high-quality learning environment for both students and staff.
2. Train, mentor, and evaluate teachers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Through coaching, classroom observations, and professional development programs, you will empower educators to exceed educational standards and deliver exceptional learning experiences.
3. Build strong relationships with parents, acting as a trusted point of contact for inquiries and feedback.
4. Manage budgeting, tuition collection, and financial planning to ensure the center’s sustainability and growth.

What We Are Looking For:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related fields.
2. 3-5 years of management and teacher training experience in education or a service industry.
3. Excellent leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
