MNC (subsidiary firm) specialise in low voltage electrical connector (specialist manufacturer of hazardous area products including lighting, control stations, junction boxes & enclosures) is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (for Asia) to join their team to develop their products specifications, customer portfolio, distributors and sales in Asia in a niche and complex industry (Oil & Gas offshore and onshore, mining, cement, chemical and pharmaceutical, marine and defense).
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for selling the products and services offered by the Company, building the loyalty of customers already acquired, aiming at customer satisfaction, continually finding unique ways to engage new customers, increasing the size of the business in the geographical area of his responsibility, in order to reach or exceed the turnover and margin targets set by the Sales Management for the regional/customer base entrusted to him/her, while respecting the company's values and ethics.
