Technical Designer

We are seeking an experienced Technical Designer for our Telecommunications Department.

The Job:

You will be part of the Telecommunications Department, assisting in generating drawings according to customer requirements.

Tasks include:

• Assist the Telecommunications Department in generating, changing/verifying all drawings
• Drafting of engineering drawings like wiring drawings, loop drawings, layout drawings
• Assist engineers to update drawings/documentation as per customer comments
• Ensure company drafting standard is adhered to in all drawings

Professional qualifications:

• A Diploma / Bachelor in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years working experience in drafting using AutoCAD, especially in offshore telecommunication systems
• Knowledge in offshore drafting standards
• Experience in Telecom System Integrator with Oil & Gas or Wind industry is mandatory.

• Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Attentive to details and ability to uphold quality in drawings
