Our client, a Chinese petrochemical company engaged in the production and distribution of various petroleum and chemical products with more than 3 billion (USD) in operating revenue.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Finance Manager will be responsible for the financial management of the joint venture (JV) in the Middle East. In addition, the incumbent will establish a financial management system and manage relationships between the JV and its shareholders.

REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Business, Accountancy, Banking & Finance or equivalent from a reputable university.
At least 7 years of working experience in a Big 4 auditing firm is a must; an advantage will be given to candidates who have audit experience within an Oil & Gas firm.
Impressive abilities in interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of robust connections with key stakeholders.
Willingness to travel to the Middle East to view the project development.
Fluent Mandarin is required to communicate with Chinese counterparts.
