The incumbent will champion a culture of continuous learning, employee recognition, and holistic well-being. This role involves designing and executing initiatives that strengthen professional development, boost employee engagement, and advance wellness strategies in alignment with organisational priorities. He/She will also drive industry networking initiatives and ensure effective utilisation of government-funded sponsorships, scholarships, and internship programs to build a strong talent pipeline.
Talent Development
Partner with MOHH, AIC and Institutes of Higher Learning on
Career Conversion Programmes, Return to Nursing Schemes to facilitate career transitions and support workforce development
Course sponsorship and scholarship programmes and administer internship programs to create a pipeline of talent
Career fairs and learning journeys to engage prospective talent and showcase career opportunities
Drive industry collaboration and strengthen employer branding
Enhance workforce development by assisting in talent management and succession planning activities
Employee Recognition and Engagement
Develop and implement employee recognition programmes
Facilitate various sectoral employee awards
Manage employee engagement surveys
Drive initiatives that enhance workplace culture through teamwork, collaboration and employee engagement
Funding Administration
Explore and evaluate government funding options and schemes, overseeing the end-to-end claims process
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Business Management or other fields
3 years Prior HR (Training & Development) experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills particularly in dealing with employees matters
Meticulous and possess an eye for details.
Proficient in Microsoft office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
