Job description

Are you an experienced customer service executive with good knowledge of airfreight logistics for time-sensitive equipment/parts?

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a market-leading marine logistics business that is looking to expand its offices in Singapore due to growth opportunities.

You will be responsible for being the first point of contact with customers for any logistics-related matters, including internal management of procurement, pricing, stock management, etc.

The ideal candidate is someone with prior air freight operations experience with a 3PL business and commercial acumen, with experience in customer service teams and in a client servicing role within freight forwarding.

If you have handled time-sensitive air freight operations in a 3PL business in either the Oil & Gas, Mining, or shipping industry, we look forward to hearing from you!
