Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced tax professional to manage compliance and advisory matters for internationally mobile employees. This role involves tax planning, payroll tax compliance, and collaboration with internal teams to optimize tax efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate tax filings and compliance for globally mobile employees.
• Advise on cross-border tax planning, payroll withholding, and social security matters.
• Work with finance and HR to ensure proper tax calculations and reporting.
• Guide employees on tax obligations, assignment structures, and tax-efficient benefits.
• Support tax equalization, analyze compensation, and optimize tax positions.
• Stay updated on international tax regulations and assess their impact.
• Manage client relationships, provide tax insights, and oversee financial aspects of engagements.
• Identify business development opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certifications (preferred): CPA, ACCA, MICPA, CTIM, or relevant global mobility credentials.
• Experience: 6 to 10 years in tax advisory, compliance, or global mobility tax.
• Location: Kuala Lumpur
