We are representing our client, a public listed manufacturing company specializing in a diverse range of electrical and communication solutions.

Our established client is currently in search of an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to be based in Melaka.

Job Summary

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will direct and oversee the overall organization's financial operations and strategy as well as corporate affairs.

Responsibilities

1. Leading and overseeing the entire region financial operations and providing strategic financial guidance which includes tracking cash flow, financial planning as well as analyzing the Company's financial strengths and weaknesses.
2. Responsible for all financial reporting, budgeting, investment, and cash management.
3. Perform risk management by analyzing the organization's investments and liabilities.
4. Provide strategic recommendations to the group CEO, Managing Director, and executive management team.
5. Provide commercial insight and leadership across the business.
6. Advise on long-term business and financial planning.
7. Update and brief investors on the company's performance.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance. Professional certification i.e. ACCA, CPA, MIA.
2. Experience as CFO handling financial and corporate affairs in a Manufacturing Public Listed Company.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence others to achieve desirable outcomes for the group.
4. Ability to exercise sound judgment and provide objective, independent views.
5. Good spoken English and Mandarin as required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
