Key Responsibilities:

1. Portfolio Management - Oversee a mixed portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
2. Service Charge Budgets - Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial efficiency.
3. Leaseholder & Client Relations - Act as the primary point of contact for leaseholders, tenants, and freeholders.
4. Site Inspections - Conduct regular property inspections, ensuring compliance and maintenance standards.
5. Compliance & Legislation - Ensure properties meet health, safety, and leasehold requirements.

You'll need:

1. Previous Block Management Experience
2. Industry Qualifications preferred - IRPM / RICS qualification (or working towards)
