Position Overview
We are currently looking for a qualified and motivated Senior Practitioner to join our agency at Sirona Medical Social Work department. In this role, you will be required to interpret information, communicate clearly and make decisions so that the Local Authority can support people to wait well who have been referred for a possible social work assessment.

Qualifications/Experience

1. BA Honors or Master’s Degree in Social Work
2. Social Work England Registration
3. Eligibility to work in the UK
4. As a supervisor within Adult Services, you will be responsible for planning and monitoring tasks that enable the successful delivery of the business objectives of your designated team.
5. Sound knowledge of performance indicators, targets and standards and to perform to a high standard within a challenging performance management culture.
6. Directly supervise selected staff in their locality and be responsible for the allocation of work and management of their performance.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
8. Empathetic, patient-centered approach with a dedication to providing high-quality care.
9. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
