The Role :

As our Social Media Manager, you'll be the architect of our online presence, responsible for launching and managing our social media strategy across all platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube). You'll be the voice of AskGem.ai, crafting engaging content that resonates with our target audience and ignites viral moments. You'll be instrumental in establishing AskGem.ai as the leader in this exciting new category of AI-powered charity games, including managing the excitement around our first official giveaway in March 2025, building on the momentum from our successful beta test giveaway.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to launch the AskGem.ai brand and build a vibrant community.
2. Create compelling and shareable content (text, images, videos) that tells our story, highlights our impact, and encourages participation.
3. Manage and grow our social media presence across all platforms, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
4. Engage with our community, fostering meaningful conversations and building relationships with our followers.
5. Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and engagement.
6. Track and analyze social media performance, providing regular reports and insights.
7. Collaborate with the team to develop creative campaigns and initiatives that drive donations and awareness.
8. Understand the unique story of AskGem.ai and the founder's vision, communicating it authentically and passionately.
9. Be comfortable navigating the complexities of promoting a product built by a founder known for controversial tech, focusing on the positive social impact.
10. Position AskGem.ai as the pioneer in the AI charity game space.
11. Manage the social media campaign and promotion for our first official giveaway in March 2025, leveraging the success of our beta test giveaway.

Qualifications :

1. Proven experience in social media management, with a track record of building successful communities and driving engagement.
2. Excellent content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and visually appealing content.
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
4. Data-driven approach, with the ability to track and analyze social media performance.
5. Passion for social impact and a genuine desire to make a difference.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Experience in the tech or charity sector is a plus.
