We’re looking for a confident, strategic, and TikTok-savvy Social Media Manager to lead our growing social presence across the UK,US & IR market. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of our TikTok and wider social strategy — overseeing Live programming, content creation, and platform growth to drive engagement, build brand love, and scale our community. You’ll be joining a dynamic, fast-paced team and playing a key role in shaping the voice, vision, and direction of our social media channels as we enter an exciting new phase of growth.

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and beauty-obsessed Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s presence across all major platforms. You’ll be responsible for crafting and executing a results-driven social media strategy that elevates our voice, builds community, and drives brand awareness in the beauty space. In this role, you’ll not only create engaging content and spot emerging trends - you’ll also oversee performance reporting, translate insights into action, and guide the overall direction of our social media presence. You’ll manage a small but growing social team ensuring everything we post reflects our brand ethos and connects authentically with our audience with business goals in mind.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest) with a strong emphasis on beauty culture and trends.
  • Support & Manage social media executives in the development of original, high-quality content that reflects our brand voice and resonates with our audience in different markets.
  • Work alongside the TikTok Shop Manager to execute strong TikTok Shop specific campaigns to drive revenue.
  • Implement strategic activities that foster and build the UKLASH community.
  • Work with the product and marketing teams to support launches, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Track and report on KPIs: engagement, growth, reach, traffic, and conversions and communicate with relevant teams to inform future strategic & content decisions.
  • Support performance team in paid social campaigns through content collaboration and feedback
  • Stay on top of emerging trends in beauty, skincare, and haircare to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and campaign ideation to support Senior Content & Marketing Manager
  • Devise strategies for various regions & Sub brands to execute alongside Social media executive
  • Support social media executives who will monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions—fostering community and customer relationships

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing social media for a beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brand.
  • Strong knowledge of beauty products, skincare routines, and social trends (you live on TikTok and IG).
  • A sharp eye for aesthetics—comfortable directing and creating beauty-focused content.
  • Excellent writing skills with a flair for crafting engaging captions and brand-aligned copy.
  • Proficiency in social media tools & reporting softwares
  • Analytical mindset with experience using Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics and various reporting tools across organic and paid social.
  • Comfortable on camera or working with talent/influencers for content production.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, trend-sensitive environment.
  • Strategic mindset, focused on growth & engagement to enhance our social landscape & presence.
  • Strong communication & management skills

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with influencer marketing or user-generated content campaigns.
  • Familiarity with paid social media strategies and metrics.
  • Photography, video editing, or graphic design skills.
  • Personal interest in beauty, skincare, makeup artistry, or content creation.
  • Experience working on TikTok Lives & TikTok Shop campaign content
