Job Description:

Who we’re looking for:

Note that this is an office-based role (4 days per week).

We’re looking for a creative, fastidious, and hyper-organized writer to join our growing Communications team, creating content that spreads awareness about our company, grows our audience, and engages our community.

This role is heavily focused on implementing our LinkedIn content strategy, creating engaging and insightful content, and managing our company's social presence; as well as supporting the growth of the Zero100 Podcast and assisting in our comms campaigns.

As a writer, you’ll be skilled at adapting your voice to different audiences, platforms, and purposes – whether it’s a LinkedIn post announcing a new report, an email explaining event logistics, or the cold intro for a podcast episode. You can write with humour and wit and crack jokes while keeping it professional.

You’ll also play an essential role in content production, helping manage guest bookings for video and podcast episodes, carving polished scripts out of raw interview footage, and contributing to the development of new social-first content formats.

Please include a link to your portfolio in your application.

What we do:

The world’s most influential and forward-thinking chief supply chain officers and chief operations officers partner with Zero100, a membership-based research and intelligence organization, to accelerate progress on digital supply chain transformation.

Zero100’s approach combines unique IP-led research and data, intimate executive-level events, personalized guidance, and access to an extensive community of influential thinkers and voices from within, and beyond, supply chain. Headquartered in London, Zero100’s members include Nike, Walmart, CVS, Unilever, Pfizer, Google, Volvo Cars, Honeywell, Ecolab, and McDonald’s.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Content Creation:

  • Develop and create compelling content, including text posts, infographics, image-led carousels, and videos for LinkedIn and other social platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Research, Customer engagement, and Growth teams to gather information and develop content ideas.
  • Ensure all content is consistent with the company's brand voice and style guidelines and aligned with the brand’s visual guidelines.

Social Media Management:

  • Execute social media strategies across LinkedIn and, in future, other platforms.
  • Schedule and publish content, ensuring optimal timing and reach.
  • Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond appropriately.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Communications:

  • Assist in implementing external comms strategies in collaboration with our external PR agency.
  • Monitor news cycles, social platforms, and digital sources to identify emerging trends and breaking stories that align with Zero100’s remit.
  • Work with the People & Culture team on internal comms campaigns.
  • Write compelling copy for event marketing campaigns.

Misc:

  • Support the Content Director in upholding the Zero100 tone of voice across all messaging and copy.
  • Work with Account Managers to organize and manage guest bookings for the podcast and video series.
  • Assist with scripting videos and podcast episodes from raw footage.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years’ experience in an editorial or content marketing environment.
  • Exceptionally strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Impeccable writer with the ability to turn around clean and compelling copy quickly, with a robust portfolio of written work.
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn's platform, algorithm, and best practices for professional engagement.
  • Experience with LinkedIn analytics tools.

What we offer:

  • Enhanced pension
  • Unlimited vacation policy
  • Exciting team socials and parties that bring our international team together
  • Free office breakfasts daily and regular team lunches
  • Enhanced parental leave
  • Life insurance
