About the role:
Welcome to the Boots Social Media team - an exciting team at the heart of Boots UK's growth plans. We're focussing on ensuring that we have a best-in-class team to know our audience inside out, to keep our fingers on the pulse with social media trends and to continue to drive growth.
As a Social Media Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing and optimising the Boots UK social media presence across our social media estates, particularly Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. You will track performance metrics, assess trends and provide insights that will help to guide our content strategy to enhance our brand performance.
