Job Description:

Benenden Health is a leading UK not-for-profit healthcare provider committed to offering affordable private healthcare. As we continue to expand our digital presence, we are looking for an experienced marketing professional specialising in paid social media implementation to join our team.

This role comes at a pivotal time as we embark on new ways of reaching our targeted audiences via social media, including working with nationally-renowned creative agencies.

You’ll be hyper focused to define messaging and develop creative for what makes our target audiences take action. You’ll need to be creatively-minded and an excellent copywriter to generate the content and copy that engages our multiple audiences the most.

Working in this digital space, you’ll have a varied workload and the opportunity to explore, challenge and test new ways of meeting the needs of our audiences.

This role is essential to successful consumer and B2B journeys, meeting our commercial objectives and strengthening the future of our outstanding business.

The Benenden Health office is based in York and whilst there will be an opportunity to work from home, this role is offered on a hybrid basis and there will be requirement of a weekly attendance at the office.

We are interested to hear from candidates with the following skills:

• Social media enthusiast, with in-depth social media for business knowledge
• Knows their way around and is confident with paid social targeting/campaigns, particularly on Meta and ideally LinkedIn
• Experienced copywriter
• Creatively minded
• Top communicator, with a roster of past activity showcasing this
• Able to analyse and report on activity
• Enthusiastic, passionate and positive
• Self-motivated and resilient
