A highly ranked Legal 500 firm is looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their reputable, busy, and friendly team. DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Working alongside the head of the department and other experienced solicitors to manage a varied caseload of non-contentious private client matters.
2. Advising high-net-worth individuals on matters including estate planning, will writing, trust creation and administration, lasting powers of attorney, and court of protection applications.
3. Managing estate administration and providing guidance on complex succession planning.
4. Supervising and mentoring junior team members to support their development.
5. Building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring the highest standard of service.

ABOUT YOU:

1. Friendly, approachable, and professional.
2. Qualified Solicitor or equivalent with at least 3-5 years PQE in Private Client work.
3. A proven track record of managing a broad caseload of non-contentious private client matters, including estate planning, trusts, and administration.
4. Strong communication and client care skills, particularly when dealing with high-net-worth individuals.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a keen interest in developing your expertise in niche areas of private client law.
6. Previous experience in supervising or mentoring junior colleagues is highly desirable.
