• Maintain customer service standards by providing efficient and professional service
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate them when necessary
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Record customer interactions and transactions accurately
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Manage administrative tasks related to customer service
• Maintain customer confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations

The Successful Applicant

A successful Temporary Customer Service Advisor should have:

• A background in customer service or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think on their feet
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of CRM systems and practices
