Role: Manage financial performance, supply chains, and inventory targets. Lead cost-down initiatives, negotiate with suppliers, and improve supplier KPIs.

1. Drive strategic cost reduction.
2. Negotiate supplier agreements to achieve financial targets.
3. Mitigate supply chain risks.
4. Improve supplier performance (quality, delivery, cost).
5. Analyse procurement data for opportunities.

1. Manufacturing purchasing experience.
2. OEM/automotive experience (advantage).
3. Degree/equivalent (preferred).
4. Supply chain qualification (preferred).
5. Full UK Driving Licence.

1. Manufacturing/quality/planning knowledge.
2. ERP/MRP experience.
3. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure and lead initiatives.
5. Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
6. Basic engineering drawing knowledge.
