About the Role as a Graduate Land Buyer:

This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in land acquisition, where you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and securing development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities for the Graduate Land Buyer:

• Assist in identifying and evaluating potential land acquisition opportunities.
• Conduct market research and analysis to assess site suitability and development potential.
• Support negotiations with landowners, agents, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with preparing financial appraisals and development viability assessments.
• Work collaboratively with planning, technical, and sales teams to progress acquisitions.

What We are Looking for in a Graduate Land Buyer:

• A recent graduate, ideally with a degree in Property, Real Estate, Geography, Planning, or a related field. (Ideally RICS accreditation)
• A proactive attitude, with a keen desire to learn and develop.
• A genuine passion for the property and development sector.
• Full UK driving license preferred.
