With a collaborative and focused approach this principal contractor is well respected in the Construction industry.
About the Senior Project Manager role
The Senior Project Manager position will consist of being number one on a new build, £50million Education project. It will involve a heavy focus in preconstruction, programme and delivery, as well as being heavily client facing. With a Project Manager reporting into you and a Contracts Manager as your line of contact, you will have a strong team around you to support you in the role.
Responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager
Lead the project as a the number one on site. Being responsible for programme, client relations, and delivery.
Manage a team of site staff
Quality Assurance & Health and Safety
Manage the whole build process from cradle to grave Requirements for the Senior Project Manager
Previous Education sector experience is desired. Large scale projects over £45million is essential
New build steel frame experience
Up & coming, motivated driven candidate who is looking to further develop and progress in their career
Civil Engineering background is desired
Tier 1 contractor experience desired. What we offer
