A leading care and housing organization in North East England is seeking a passionate leader to oversee a team of Operations Managers and ensure effective delivery of Retirement Living services. Ideal candidates will have experience leading high-performance teams, strong financial skills, and a commitment to developing others. Hours: 35 per week

The role
In this role you will lead a team of Operations Managers in the effective operational delivery of the Retirement Living services within a designated patch, including a variety of housing services across a large geographical location. Reporting to the Heads of Retirement Living, you will be responsible for operational delivery and overall performance of the Retirement Living services within your designated patch.
