Wilson Language Training is growing and is looking to hire a 2nd shift Production Associate.
This position is responsible for following work orders from their supervisor or team leader on a daily basis. He/she must be able to assemble multi-part sets and kits manually with a low incidence of error. He/she will observe safety and security procedures. He/she will uphold organizational values by treating people with respect. He/she will volunteer readily and will commit to long hours of work when necessary to reach departmental goals.
Wilson has identified the anticipated pay range for this role based on the many factors that we consider in defining compensation levels for our roles, including market data, and internal equity considerations. Actual pay, and allocation between base and any target discretionary bonus, will vary based on geographic location, education, work experience, skills, market data, and internal equity considerations.
