Site based commutable from Newport, Cardiff, Pontypool, Merthyr Tydfil, Ebbw Vale, Blackwood, Pontypridd and surrounding areas.

Are you experienced working within Quality in a Manufacturing, Electronics, Defence, Aerospace or similar field and looking for the opportunity to step into a leading position within a market-leading business? This role allows you to continue your development and training while leading the way in developing your team and directly contributing to the continued success of the quality team.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Leading a team of Quality Engineers
2. Managing, monitoring, and developing quality strategies across the team
3. Working on ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001

This role would suit an experienced Quality Professional looking to take the next step in their career and contribute to the continued success of the business while working within a close-knit team and helping mold the quality team.

The Person:

1. Experience in Quality with strong leadership attributes
2. Experience within Electronics, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Defence, or similar backgrounds
3. Full UK Drivers License
