About the Role - The successful candidate will demonstrate that they are a problem solver who can accurately identify customer needs on a project and select the correct products most suited to that application. They will be a competent technical advisor who can provide comprehensive guidance to help both colleagues and clients understand how products can be applied to achieve the best results.

• Supporting the activities of the external Commercial sales teams, discussing projects with both the external team and their clients, in order to advise on appropriate product selections or to provide potential solutions for their system or installations requirements.
• Supporting end clients & customers with technical support on product specification, installation requirements, appropriate regulations / standards / codes of practice / guidance that may apply to installations.
• Extensive training, both classroom based and on site, will be provided as part of the on-boarding process, with continued development in the role through mentoring by the Product Management Team.
• Client meetings, Teams & face to face UK commercial sales team and engineer support.
• Equipment selection & quotation.
• Develop & deliver market leading project specifications & quotations.
• Interaction, interrogation or investigation of internal systems to identify the necessary information to undertake their duties.
• Working with colleagues within other departments where necessary to support the sales team and clients.
• Competent on current Microsoft software: Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint.

• HVAC systems experience, ideally commercial LTHW heating systems.
• Computer Design, ideally 2D AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
