No previous experience is needed as our unique 5-month training scheme covers everything you need to know to become a first-class developer. You will become proficient in a wide range of skills including cloud infrastructure, programming, application engineering and testing.

Working closely with our clients, you will be designing and developing the world-class solutions we deliver every day. At the end of your 2-year training scheme, you will gain a qualification in Software Development and can expect to be earning around £50,000.

Qualifications And Skills

1. At least a 2:1 degree or PhD in a STEM subject, plus an excellent academic background
2. Excellent problem-solving skills
3. An ability to quickly adapt to new situations
4. Brilliant interpersonal skills
5. A passion for technology and motivation to quickly develop a wide range of development skills
6. A willingness to travel and work at client sites across the UK

1. Salary of £27,680 during initial 5-month training period, rising to £31,780 on completion

4. Your first 12 months spent in Poole, with the option to relocate to one of our other locations after this
