I’m working with an exciting company looking for a Junior Developer to join their team in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge mobile applications, developing seamless user experiences across iOS and Android using React, React Native, and JavaScript.
About the Role:
As a Junior Developer, you’ll be part of a collaborative team, building high-quality mobile applications and integrating them with backend services. You’ll have the chance to enhance your skills, troubleshoot performance issues, and stay up to date with the latest trends in the React ecosystem.
What You’ll Do:
Develop smooth, pixel-perfect UIs using React, React Native, and JavaScript.
Optimise app performance by diagnosing and fixing bugs and bottlenecks.
Collaborate with teams to integrate mobile applications with backend systems.
Write clean, maintainable code and follow best practices in version control.
Stay current with new technologies and evaluate their potential adoption.
Ensure security and compliance standards are met in application development.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with React and React Native for mobile and web development.
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and understanding of mobile development for iOS & Android.
Familiarity with development tools like Xcode, Android Studio, and VSCode.
Understanding of RESTful APIs and backend integration.
Ability to troubleshoot and debug mobile applications.
Knowledge of Git for version control and collaboration.
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
A team player with a keen eye for UI/UX best practices.
