Location: Bradford Buttershaw / Hybrid Working (2 office days / week)

Work type: Permanent. 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Data Administrator to join the Strategic Maintenance Planning Team at Yorkshire Water and be a part of helping Yorkshire Water to provide the best service to our customers.

The Strategic Maintenance Planning Team are responsible for the application of planned, dynamic and predictive maintenance approaches to provide improved asset reliability and resilience to meet and exceed regulatory performance and provide cost effective maintenance whilst delivering Totex benefits across the operational units.

As a Maintenance Data Administrator, within the Strategic Maintenance Planning Team, you will help ensure that all operational assets have appropriate maintenance plans to ensure reliability, resilience and sustainability.

Where you fit in:

As our Maintenance Data Administrator you will;

• Work with the Reliability Engineers to ensure all maintenance plans are relevant in SAP S/4Hana.
• Develop and maintain various KPIs for maintenance plans.
• Develop and build spreadsheets with Pivot tables and use Power Bi for reporting.
• Participate in the interpretation of maintenance performance and reliability data to identify critical assets/risks to the business.
• Be able to carry out site visits for the collation of data as required.
• Have experience in interrogating corporate systems, analysing & interpreting data.
• Have the ability to manage & prioritise workload whilst maintaining effective operational relationships.
• Work as part of the team to deliver excellent performance by understanding how their individual performance links into achieving the team's wider objectives.

What skills & qualifications you will need:

• Proficiency in the use of SAP S/4Hana
• Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite of tools, particularly Excel & Power BI.
• Ability to develop macros for spreadsheet reporting purposes.
• Ability to understand the importance of accurate and timely data in the correct format.
• Ability to communicate effectively and present numerical and engineering data.
• Current valid driving license and flexibility to travel across the Yorkshire region.

You will also benefit from having:

• Experience of driving sustainable performance against challenging business targets.
• Previous experience in a commercially orientated and / or regulated environment.
• Previous experience gained within the water or wastewater sectors or within the broader utilities, process or manufacturing industry sectors.
