A global professional services company is looking for a Cost Engineer to work in their office in Glasgow as part of their team. This is a hybrid working role and is a great opportunity to work for a leader in the market with Projects all around the world.
As a Cost Engineer, you'll be responsible for forecasting the cost of projects based on past knowledge and industry research and adjusting estimations and outcomes based on changing requirements. In addition, you'll be contributing to time allocation and management of project schedules and anticipating potential risks and devising solutions to prevent them.
To be successful in the role of Cost Engineer, you'll need to have experience in a similar role within an engineering organisation using cost management systems such as Prism and Ecosys. This includes corporate finance systems such as SAP and Oracle. Experience within the Defence sector would be looked upon favourably.
As a Cost Engineer, you'll be on a salary of up to £65,000 depending on experience and is available on a hybrid working arrangement.
