As part of our strategy of continued growth, we are looking for an Associate and Managing Associate to join the Leeds Corporate Finance team and help support the ever-growing roster of Finance clients.
You will be working closely with Andrew Fordham, who is the head of the Corporate Finance team in Leeds, acting for a wide variety of banks and financial institutions, other lenders, sponsors, and private and public corporates.

As part of the Finance & Projects Group, our Corporate Finance is a national team with significant resources in each of our offices in Leeds, Manchester, London, Edinburgh, and Aberdeen, as well as in our overseas offices.
The team acts for a wide variety of banks and financial institutions, as well as many of the Firm's corporate and property clients on financing transactions.
Our finance practice is diverse, reflecting the full product offering of our largest lender clients. We are looking for an Associate and a Managing Associate to work on a variety of financing matters and as a minimum, you can expect to gain experience in a broad range of transactional finance including leveraged finance, real estate finance, corporate debt, infrastructure, and asset-based lending.
You will advise and act as the core panel for all UK clearing banks and have exposure to large and high-profile local, UK, and international transactions.
As well as the lender-side work, you will also regularly assist corporate borrowers on high value, high profile, and often complex transactions.
Working closely with existing clients to maintain and develop relationships, acting as a trusted advisor capable of providing timely and quality advice whilst managing expectations.
This is a high performing, cohesive, and busy team with a strong reputation for providing Associates/Managing Associates with strong levels of responsibility within a supportive and stretching environment, and therefore you can expect to take a leading role on most matters.
