About our client

Our client is a mid-market private equity investor that targets investment opportunities across the UK and Europe. Unfazed by complexity, the fund specialises in sourcing off-market deals where the team can build close relationships with management to ensure best value and sustainable growth across the portfolio. Due to an increase in deal flow, the team has been expanding over the past 12 months and are now seeing an additional Investment Executive to support the full deal cycle from origination, execution and portfolio management. You will spend time working across the UK and other Western European countries.

What the job involves

  1. Work on all aspects of the transaction process from origination, deal structuring, negotiation, execution, and portfolio management.
  2. Take specific responsibility for workstreams and run parts of a transaction.
  3. Work actively with the portfolio post-acquisition.

Who we are looking for

  1. Exposure to private equity transactions likely from within corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or from another private equity firm. Operational/in-house experience will also be considered.
  2. German language skills are required.
  3. An entrepreneurial nature is required and an ability to build rapport with European management teams.
