McGinnis Loy Associates is proud to be working with a highly regarded Corporate Finance Boutique who are looking to recruit a Corporate Finance Associate Director to work in their Central London offices. Encompassing deal origination, structuring and execution, negotiating and closing transactions (mainly sell side deals across all sectors), you will gain exposure to a range of clients, transaction structures and business development activities. To be considered for the Corporate Finance Associate Director role you should ideally be degree-educated and an ACA/ACCA Qualified Accountant with relevant corporate finance origination experience either from a Top4/Top10 Auditing firm or another CF Boutique. You should have strong deal structuring & modelling skills, business development skills, staff management skills and bring significant commercial awareness/acumen to the role. They are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who is driven, ambitious, laser focused on delivery of deals with excellent interpersonal and project-management skills.
On offer is a base salary up to £110,000 + significant bonuses + 25 days holiday + pension.
