Location: Epsom

Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 (pro rata)

Benefits: 23 days holiday + bank holidays (pro rata)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

Contract Duration: Starting May through to October 2025

1. Manage the marketing inbox, responding promptly, taking necessary actions, and escalating issues when needed.
2. Handle marketing invoicing and accruals accurately and on time.
3. Support the creation and updates of marketing materials in line with brand and regulatory guidelines, including design, proofreading, and distribution.
4. Regularly review and maintain existing content across all channels.
5. Assist with product launches, updates, and updating materials and web content within tight deadlines.
6. Help maintain and update content across three websites.
7. Support customer communications, working with internal teams and external agencies.
8. Create and send updates, including new product launches and changes.
9. Contribute to marketing projects such as research and campaigns.

1. Previous experience in an office environment (preferred but not essential).
2. Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
3. Comfortable working independently or collaboratively within a team.
4. Proven ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
5. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
6. Confident in following established processes and procedures.
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
