THE ROLE

The Junior Digital Content Editor will play a pivotal role within the creative team, responsible for crafting compelling video content that engages audiences and drives results. You will be essential in producing high-performing creative assets for our ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
The right candidate is a creative and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of video storytelling and a proven ability to edit for performance-driven campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

1. Creating compelling video ad creatives across paid social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) and Google/display ads.
2. Support the creative team in producing high-quality video assets for our website and app.
3. Collaborate with the creative and paid media teams to develop ad creative strategies that align with our campaign and brand objectives.
4. Edit video content to an excellent standard, ensuring each piece is optimised for its intended platform and audience.
5. Experiment with creative techniques, trends, and formats to enhance ad performance.
6. Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in video advertising.

Key Skills, Knowledge, & Experience

1. Proven experience of video editing creating a diverse range of content in the fashion/e-commerce industry or at an agency with a fashion focus.
2. Proven experience creating video content specifically for paid media campaigns (social ads, display, YouTube pre-roll, etc.)
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Premiere Pro and After Effects, including colour grading. (Photoshop/Illustrator are a bonus)
4. A strong portfolio demonstrating a passion for creating high quality and diverse content.
5. A keen understanding of platform-specific requirements for social media and ad platforms.
6. Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality content quickly.
7. A creative portfolio showcasing original ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
8. Creative and proactive mindset with strong communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.

1. Image Retouching
2. Experience with motion graphics, animation, or graphic design.
