Based in Manchester, CERT is a forward-thinking property developer and asset manager with a passion for placemaking and people. From vibrant workspaces to modern living environments, our projects are built on values of creativity, community, and certainty.

As our Content Creator Apprentice, you’ll join the marketing team to shape the voice and visuals of our brand. Whether it's capturing the transformation of a space, telling the stories of the communities we serve, or creating scroll-stopping social content—you’ll be hands-on from day one.

A Typical Day in the Job:

1. Delivering monthly social media and App content
2. Recording, editing and publishing video content
3. Interviewing a variety of audiences on camera for social media
4. Handling effective communication within the business to ensure all team members are “on brand” with their communications.
5. Analysing behaviour and reporting on key campaign metrics from social media
6. Leading our internal marketing efforts; organising small events for our team and keeping all colleagues informed about our latest successes, business position and communicating our values
7. Monitor competition and produce research documents
8. Coordinate cross department efforts to boost brand cohesiveness and awareness
9. Create concepts, in the form of videos, photos or Canva

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

1. Knowledge of digital design relevant for online marketing channels
2. Creativity alongside initiative with the ability to set and prioritise goal
3. Ability to work on own initiative
4. Interest in continuous improvement
5. A commitment to providing customer service
6. Enthusiastic, dedicated and hard working
7. Grade 4/C GCSE English and Grade 5/C in Maths
