1. Efficiently manage the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
2. Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant documents.
3. Facilitate effective communication between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and employees.
4. Prepare and edit correspondence, memoranda, reports, documents, forms, tables and presentations on behalf of the executive.
5. Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
6. Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
7. Anticipate the executive's needs and proactively address any potential issues or conflicts.
8. Monitor and prioritize incoming requests from the executive and other stakeholders.
9. Assist with the organization and coordination of company events (both onsite and remote, including 3rd party contracts, catering and IT requirements) and special projects.
10. Undertake additional administrative tasks, such as filing, record-keeping, and expense management, as required.
11. Cooperate and coordinate with executive assistants in other business units to facilitate calendar management and workload balancing.

1. Good knowledge of company operations, policies and procedures.
2. Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
3. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
7. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
8. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
9. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
10. Ability to lead and provide task assignments and direction to other administrative or clerical personnel.
