An exciting opportunity for a Commercial Delivery Manager or Senior QS has become available working on AMP-8 within the Anglia Water region. The role offers the chance to lead a small commercial team at the start of a five-year framework and drive commercial strategy.
This is a hybrid working role.

Reporting to the Regional Commercial Manager responsibilities will include:

1. Seeking out and optimising processes and best practices to support efficiencies in commercial management
2. Ensure legal compliance across the framework
3. Reporting, providing accurate and insightful reports on commercial status to stakeholders
4. Financial Risk Mitigation
5. Develop and nurture excellent working relationships with stakeholders

• Suitable applicants will be educated to a Degree level in Construction or a financial management-related subject.
• A good working knowledge of NEC contracts
• Demonstrate experience leading a commercial team
• First-class communication and negotiation skills
