Job description
An exciting opportunity for a Commercial Delivery Manager or Senior QS has become available working on AMP-8 within the Anglia Water region. The role offers the chance to lead a small commercial team at the start of a five-year framework and drive commercial strategy.
This is a hybrid working role.
Reporting to the Regional Commercial Manager responsibilities will include:
- Seeking out and optimising processes and best practices to support efficiencies in commercial management
- Ensure legal compliance across the framework
- Reporting, providing accurate and insightful reports on commercial status to stakeholders
- Financial Risk Mitigation
- Develop and nurture excellent working relationships with stakeholders
• Suitable applicants will be educated to a Degree level in Construction or a financial management-related subject.
• A good working knowledge of NEC contracts
• Demonstrate experience leading a commercial team
• First-class communication and negotiation skills
