We are looking for a Business Development Manager to take full ownership of identifying, shaping, and launching new business opportunities with a strong customer focus. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing market intelligence, helping to define go-to-market strategies, and assisting in the development of product and solution marketing plans. You will also drive initial market penetration efforts and ensure that customer insights directly shape our product offerings and sales strategies.
A crucial part of this role is building and maintaining strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact. You will be responsible for organizing and leading strategic customer engagements throughout the year, ensuring that our solutions align with their evolving needs. Working closely with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing, you will ensure that our products consistently meet and exceed expectations.
Beyond customer engagement, you will focus on understanding the market landscape, tracking industry trends, and analyzing competitor activity. By turning insights into strategic actions, you will help position our products effectively and identify new opportunities for growth.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong business acumen and a proven track record in business development, sales, or marketing—ideally within a product-driven industry. Experience in automated material handling solutions or similar technical fields would be a strong advantage. You should be highly analytical, comfortable working with data, and able to translate market intelligence into actionable strategies.
