As part of our commitment to expanding owner-operator and small fleet solutions, we are looking for a Product Manager – Owner-Operator Solutions & 10-4 to lead the development and growth of products tailored to this market.
This role is part of a dedicated team focused on developing solutions for owner-operators and small fleets, including the 10-4 platform, payment solutions, and additional value-added services. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to enhance digital experiences, drive adoption, and ensure seamless execution of new products in this space.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for 10-4 and owner-operator solutions.
- Drive adoption and engagement of owner-operator payment solutions, leveraging customer feedback and data insights.
- Work closely with engineering, sales, operations, and marketing teams to launch and scale new offerings.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to refine and enhance solutions.
- Measure product success using key performance indicators (KPIs), iterating on features to optimize impact.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging opportunities in the owner-operator and small fleet space.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and growth.

Experience You'll Bring
- 3-7 years of product management experience, preferably in payments, mobility, logistics, or B2B SaaS.
- Experience in the OTR industry is highly preferred, particularly in fleet or owner-operator services.
- Track record of launching and scaling products, with a focus on adoption, customer experience, and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of payment solutions, digital platforms, and customer engagement strategies.
- Ability to define and execute product strategy while working in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills, using KPIs to measure success and optimize product performance.
- Excellent collaboration skills, working with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to align on key initiatives.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is a plus.
