Product Owner - Secure GPT

AXA is a leading insurance and asset management company committed to empowering people to live better lives. Secure GPT is an internal AXA service that provides secure and compliant access to Generative AI solutions for AXA employees. It enables employees to generate, summarize, translate, reformulate, and correct text and codes for daily tasks related to insurance work. The service ensures data sovereignty and protects against intellectual property loss while being compliant with all relevant labor regulations.

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Product Owner to lead the agile team responsible for the web interface of Secure GPT.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and be able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a best-in-class web interface that meets the needs of our internal users. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing user stories, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality features. You will also be the bridge between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business objectives.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Lead the agile team in the development and enhancement of the Secure GPT web interface
• Liaise with all AXA major entities, through their CDO and CIO, and animate a monthly product committee
• Define and prioritize user stories based on business value and user needs
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience
• Manage the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the latest priorities and business objectives
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback, provide updates, and align on product direction
• Champion a customer-centric approach, continuously seeking ways to improve the web interface based on user feedback and data analysis
• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features that meet acceptance criteria and align with the product vision

Your Profile

Must Have:

• Some experience or familiarity with product development processes or web interface development
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in gathering and analyzing user feedback to drive product improvements
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities
