HPC Support Engineer (Level 2)
Location : France (Paris, Toulouse preferred) – Remote working but offices throughout France
Type : Permanent, full-time
Salary : €40-65K (based on experience)

We are currently hiring a HPC Support Engineer within the HPC Support Team : As an HPC Support Engineer , you will provide hardware and system support to ensure the smooth operation of HPC infrastructure. This is a customer-facing role , ideal for individuals with a background in IT, data centers, or engineering who want to work in high-tech environments .
Key Responsibilities :
Provide customer support for HPC hardware and system issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot server, storage, and networking components.
Assist with system installations, configurations, and maintenance .
Work closely with Level 3 engineers to escalate technical challenges.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer service and performance.
