HPC Support Engineer (Level 2)

Location : France (Paris, Toulouse preferred) – Remote working but offices throughout France

Type : Permanent, full-time

Salary : €40-65K (based on experience)

We are currently hiring a HPC Support Engineer within the HPC Support Team : As an HPC Support Engineer , you will provide hardware and system support to ensure the smooth operation of HPC infrastructure. This is a customer-facing role , ideal for individuals with a background in IT, data centers, or engineering who want to work in high-tech environments .

Key Responsibilities :

Provide customer support for HPC hardware and system issues.

Diagnose and troubleshoot server, storage, and networking components.

Assist with system installations, configurations, and maintenance .

Work closely with Level 3 engineers to escalate technical challenges.

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer service and performance.

Required Skills & Experience :

• 3-5 years of experience in IT support, data center operations, or system engineering .
• Technical background in hardware, cabling, or networking .
• Basic knowledge of Linux / UNIX systems and troubleshooting tools.
• Engineering degree or relevant certifications preferred .
• Fluent English (B1 / B2 French preferred) .
