Talent Acquisition Manager - Currently looking for new talents in Geneva & Zurich!

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst (BA) Retail (Full Remote) for our Center of Excellence for one of our big clients.

The Business Analyst (BA) acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical data team. The BA is responsible for gathering, validating, and documenting requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data-related requirements.
• Conduct source system analysis to validate and retrieve necessary data elements (tables, fields, data types, primary keys, etc.).
• Ensure business needs are translated into clear, actionable requirements for the technical team.

Qualifications:

• You have 5-10 years of experience in retail, specifically with Points of Sale (POS) and Brick & Mortar environments.
• You are proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, UAT, BPMN, and UML.
• You can provide a maximum of 1 month notice.
