Talent Acquisition Specialist

Skillsearch are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Europe with both fluent Dutch/Flemish & English language skills.

• Fully Remote: must be eligible to work in the EU or UK.
• English & Dutch/Flemish language skills are required.

Full time Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for the entire recruitment process
• Work closely with line managers to create job descriptions
• Maintain and update the Recruitment Information System
• Screen CV’s, invite & interview candidates
• Provide advice and guidance based on recruitment best practice, market conditions, candidates and acting as subject matter expert to facilitate the recruitment process by working with the hiring manager
• Maintain contacts with external parties, like staffing agencies and jobsites
• Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future job openings
• Coordinate and participate in recruitment campaigns, job fairs and other events

Must have skills:

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch/Flemish and English.
• 2 to 5 years (in-house) recruitment experience, preferably with high volume recruitment
• Outgoing personality, good interpersonal, multi-tasking and organizational skills
• University Degree (HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, etc)
• Any other European language is welcomed.
• Ability to work independent of direct supervision
• Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and rapidly changing business
